League Tennis Policy

• In order to play League Tennis (Alta, USTA & Ball) out of the Peachtree City Tennis Center team captains are required to turn in their team rosters before the Tennis Center deadlines.
• Non-Member facility fees need to be paid when turning in the team rosters.
• A team member whose membership expires more than 30 days before the end of the season will be charged the facility fee.
• Teams do NOT have to take coaching in order to play out of the Tennis Center. However, several coaching options are available (see list below).
  • Practice Options and Pricing
  1. 1 hour practice with 1 coach : $72.00 per practice
  2. 1 hour practice with 2 coaches : $108.00 per practice
  3. 1 ½ hour practice with 1 coach : $95.00 per practice
  4. 1 ½ hour practice with 2 coaches : $144.00 per practice
  • ALTA :
    • Ten week practice sessions, NO practices will be credited at the end of the season.
    • Coaching fees for the first five weeks are due one week before the first practice
    • The balance for the remaining five weeks is due prior to the fifth practice
  • OTHER LEAGUES :
    • Team captain decides on number of practice sessions
    • Five or less practices : payment is due one week before the first practice
    • Ten week practice option : see ALTA rules
• Teams can request their preferred days, times and coach(es) when turning in their roster.
• Practice days, times and coach(es) will be assigned on first come, first serve basis. Teams that currently practice at the tennis center will have priority the following season.
• Team captains need to fill in a second choice.
• In case of inclement weather only practice times will be indoors. Free play will be cancelled.
